My work with adolescents, families, and adults spans over twenty years. I believe in the innate strengths within people while also appreciating the need for assistance during the challenges and losses presented throughout life. Working from a relational model and believing that the present moment offers potential for new growth and healing, I am honored to be present for each client as they achieve their desired goals. By co-creating a therapeutic relationship based on trust and authenticity, I assist individuals to reach their highest potentials.

My expertise includes working with adolescents and adults who experience depression, anxiety, troubled relationships, self-injurious behaviors, identity development, grief, academic counseling, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is based on the individual client’s goals and present life concerns. It is an honor to witness and assist clients in their personal growth and development while helping them identify the areas in their lives in which they feel blocked.

Modalities of therapeutic interventions include Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Relational Psychodynamic.
